Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Nursing Assistants (NA), or Caregivers. In this role, you will help clients with daily living needs to ensure their health, safety, and comfort in accordance with Department of Health standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s individualized Care Plan and adhere to Department of Health regulations.
• Assist with daily personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, feeding, bedtime prep).
• Provide toileting assistance and ensure clients remain clean and comfortable.
• Support clients with safe self-administration of medications.
• Assist with communication needs (reading, writing, or speaking).
• Provide transportation or escort services as needed.
• Help with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, changing bed linens, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Accurately document services provided and report any changes in condition.
• Report all incidents/accidents immediately to management.
• Provide mobility support (exercise, ambulation, transfers) using proper body mechanics.
• Maintain a safe environment by addressing hazards such as spills, damaged equipment, or faulty detectors.
• Interact with clients respectfully and professionally, protecting their dignity, privacy, and property.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Respond promptly to client requests and communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow infection control procedures, including proper handwashing.
• Participate in all required training and in-service programs.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program. (CNA)
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (private duty, HHA, PCA, NA, or similar roles).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful when providing care to others.

• Driver's License (Required)
