UNIT will provide all training; no prior experience required. Responsibilities: Provide first‑level help‑desk support for UNIT‑supported systems. Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems. Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions. Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system. Requirements: Graduate student status. Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
