Overview The Unisys Brand relaunched in late 2022, establishing a bold and modern visual identity that reflects our purpose and ambition. We are looking for a seasoned Creative Manager to evolve and expand the system, bringing greater depth, flexibility, and impact to how our brand shows up across the globe. This is a player-coach role for a design leader who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You'll guide a global team of designers and agency partners, ensuring the brand system is applied consistently and creatively across all touchpoints—from digital to print, motion to out-of-home. While the visual system is established, your role is to push its boundaries, uncover new opportunities for expression, and ensure every execution is both strategically aligned and visually exceptional. This role is ideal for a leader who combines creative excellence with operational rigor and a deep understanding of how to communicate complex technology solutions through compelling, innovative design. You'll collaborate closely with teammates, other marketers, strategists, researchers, and business stakeholders to ensure our brand not only looks great—but works hard to drive awareness, differentiation, and engagement with clients, prospects, talent, and partners. Key Responsibilities Creative & Brand Leadership Work with stakeholders across the business; integrate and expand the brand's visual language and design system across all platforms and audience types. Lead the development and implementation of creative plans and brand-enhancing strategies. Guide the use of imagery, typography, iconography, color, and motion to ensure consistent and elevated global visual expression. Champion the use of generative AI, motion graphics, video and emerging tools to enhance visual storytelling and design innovation. Team & Vendor Oversight Lead and mentor a global team of designers and third-party vendors to deliver excellence across all design touchpoints. Build, onboard and manage a roster of strategic design and video agency partners Ensure the team has access to and is proficient in state-of-the-art design, motion graphics and publishing tools. Strategic Collaboration Partner with Solution Marketing, Content Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing and other teams to develop brand-aligned creative strategies that support business goals and campaign objectives. Educate internal teams and external partners on the brand platform and provide tools and training to empower brand champions. Execution & Operational Excellence Create compelling assets that effectively communicate complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical buyers, business decision-makers, and end users. Partner with stakeholders to refine standardized processes, templates, and workflows to streamline production and reduce revision cycles. Manage competing deadlines and resource allocation across multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Develop performance objectives and measurement metrics for the design function. Use performance metrics data to revise and improve visual expression across digital touchpoints. Extend awareness advertising design strategy into dynamic visual system. Cultivate expert visual storytelling capabilities through Microsoft PowerPoint - our power app. Critical Leadership Attributes Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and build consensus. You will be successful in this role if you have Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field. Proven experience leading creative teams in a technology-focused environment. Strong hands-on technical skills and fluency with modern creative tools, motion graphics and AI-enhanced design platforms. Demonstrated ability to align business goals with brand experiences and campaigns. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A compelling portfolio showcasing your leadership and creative direction. Must have experience with motion graphics.
