Job Description

Summary:

Great position offering production pay-incentives after hire with the company! This is a weekend shift, contract to hire opportunity, looking for a reliable person to monitor machines and view parts for quality. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history and previous factory or similar experience.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Saturday and Sunday Premium: $10.00 per hour

Work Schedule: 5am - 5pm, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Operate core-making equipment and complete finishing work on product
• Monitor the quality of cores and tooling during the production process
• Mark and separate scrap parts from good and calculate/report loss
• Complete entry level paperwork and have good communication skills

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with required overtime
• Basic understanding of math and ability to read written instructions
• Other related experience: landscaper, retail stocker, roofer and more
