Nili Lotan is seeking a Wardrobe Coordinator to support our sample team as well as our e-commerce, editorial, and flats photography teams.

This role reports to the Senior Creative Producer and collaborates closely with our in-house Styling Assistant. We are looking for a motivated, proactive professional who is detail-oriented, highly organized, communicative, and reliable, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong follow-through, excellent multitasking skills, and a passion for supporting creative production. This is an exciting opportunity to be fully immersed in the entire photoshoot process, from tracking and managing product to assisting the stylist on set.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Proactively works cross-departmentally to track and gather samples for photo shoots
• Assists with shoot preparation and manage sample pulls and tracking prior and during photo shoots
• Aids in communicating the photoshoot schedules to the sample team, wholesale team and product development team
• While on set, this role will support the lead stylist with organizing samples, steaming, dressing and pinning models
• Maintains organization of the dressing rooms, sample closet, studio space, etc.
• Requests and maintains supplies and various other administrative / inventory related tasks
• Assists with large wholesale pulls

Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years in fashion or related field
• Great fashion sense and knowledge of latest trends and brands
• Excellent time management; organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Excels in juggling multiple projects at once and pivoting with grace
• Acute attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills including Adobe Reader, Word, Excel, Outlook, and G Suite. Fashion GPS experience is a plus.
