Job Description

Overview

Kardigan is a heart health company focused on making cardiovascular disease preventable and curable, and on reducing its impact worldwide. Kardigan seeks to develop targeted treatments in parallel to improve patient outcomes. Our leadership includes founders who previously led MyoKardia to discover and develop mavacamten, resulting in an acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb in 2020. We maintain a cutting-edge discovery and translational research platform, a pipeline of late-stage candidates, and a purpose-driven team focused on patient outcomes.

Our values guide how we work and interact. Driven by patients and their families, we are authentic, eager to learn, and committed to winning as a team with urgency, excellence, and intention. We strive to enable the impossible because patients are counting on us, and we support each other in every role. These values empower us to make a real difference every day.
