Shipping & Receiving Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Receive & verify incoming shipments; inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage

• Organize & label packages, allocate deliveries, and maintain a tidy inventory system

• Prepare shipments by verifying, packaging, labeling, and completing documents

• Manage inventory with cycle counts, reporting, and resolving discrepancies

• Operate equipment including forklifts and hand tools

• Maintain supplier relations by occasionally picking up and delivering parts

• Support quality assurance and assist with minor manufacturing operations

• Keep it clean by managing shipping supplies and maintaining a clean work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (shipping & receiving preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and operate forklifts and hand tools

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a production setting

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic environment
