Job Summary:

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the user interfaces of our AI-driven enterprise applications. You will work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration and deliver high-quality features that meet our customers' needs. Your expertise in front-end technologies and architecture will be crucial in crafting exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with design and product partners, dive into users' minds, and take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities:


  • Be a core to the development and evolution of our front-end ecosystem

  • Demonstrates strong ownership across design, implementation, and maintenance, consistently driving projects to successful completion.

  • Provide leadership and expertise to influence the broader team

  • Collaborate with design and product teams to understand user requirements and craft features that enhance the user experience.

  • Focus primarily on front-end development, extensibility and the delivery of applications to a wide variety of environments.

  • Support production systems, handling debugging challenges to ensure reliability and uptime.

  • Embrace a growth mindset, picking up new languages and technologies as needed.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • US Citizenship or Greencard is required due to US Government contract requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering enterprise products.

  • Exceptional coding skills with a bias towards solid architectures and system creation

  • Experience with iterative development processes, thriving in dynamic and agile environments.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working alongside design and product partners.

  • Proficient in modern JavaScript and front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node / Deno, TypeScript, NextJS React, Tailwind).

  • Comfortable supporting production systems and debugging challenges in distributed systems.

  • Growth mindset with the ability to pick up new languages and technologies as required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with AI and Generative AI technologies is a plus.

  • Open-source contributions, technical blogging, or portfolio work in front-end or AI tooling

  • Exposure to agentic LLM frameworks (LangGraph, ReAct, etc.)
