Sales Manager – Dispensary Supply & Custom Packaging Solutions (Cannatron)
Location: On-site – Oak Park, MI (Near Detroit)

\nDispensary Supply & Custom Packaging Solutions, a division of Cannatron, was established in 2015 to distribute compliant packaging and supplies. Today, we are expanding beyond supplies to offer custom packaging solutions that meet the complex needs of cannabis processors, dispensaries and retailers.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Sales Manager in this division, you will drive new business and expand Dispensary Supply's reach across assigned states and territories. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing relationships with cannabis processors, dispensaries and other high-value accounts.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our client base within designated regions
\n• Identify and build relationships with dispensaries, processors, and cannabis operators
\n• Pursue new sales via inbound leads and outbound warm calls/emails
\n• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, fulfillment, and support
\n• Conduct needs assessments and deliver custom product solutions
\n• Create and present quotations for opportunities
\n• Stay current on cannabis industry trends, regulations and competitors
\n• Participate in trade shows, expos and promotional events

$65000 - $100000 USD per yearRequired Skills

• Experience selling into cannabis processors, MSOs and dispensary chains
\n• Strong ability to create quotes and conduct cost-benefit analyses
\n• Proven closer with a track record of driving revenue
\n• Experience managing custom packaging or product launch projects
\n• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms
\n• Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced industry
\n• Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
