Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support a variety of sales and marketing initiatives, including lead tracking, customer communication, campaign execution, content development, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working closely with cross-functional teams. Pay is competitive and will depend on your experience and be discussed during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist sales team with client communication, appointment scheduling, and customer database management.
Maintain sales reports and performance metrics.
Prepare customer-facing materials including presentations, proposals, and outreach emails.
Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications.
Marketing Support
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Manage posting and engagement across company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Support content creation efforts including email newsletters, product flyers, and promotional materials.
Provide logistical support for trade shows, webinars, and company events.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms for business use.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Constant Contact, CMS tools) is an advantage.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced team environment.
