Overview Oracle Services-Oracle Applications Technical Consultant - Manager position posted by Net2Source (N2S). Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr. Location: Albany, NY. All-day work from customer office is mandatory. Responsibilities Managing offshore and onsite teams Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders Present weekly status reports to customers Coordinate in a 24x7 support model and manage critical system issues under time pressure Lead and guide onsite and offshore team members Mandatory skills and proficiency Oracle process manufacturing – High Exposure to third party logistics company (3PL) interfaces – High ITIL processes – High Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM tool – Medium Written and verbal communication Experience expectations Candidate having 12+ years of experience in Oracle process manufacturing modules Experience working in a complex integration technical landscape with multiple vendors and geographies Ability to lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders Experience in a 24x7 support model Experience in managing critical system issues under time pressure Ability to lead and guide onsite & offshore teams Excellent presentation skills Work location Albany, NY — on-site at the customer office is mandatory.
