*Job Description:*
*We are a fast-paced clinic in Thousand Oaks seeking **Medical Assistants* who are passionate about patient care and thrive in dynamic environments.
*Responsibilities:*
* Accurately obtain and record patient medical histories, vital signs, test results, and other relevant information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Coordinate daily administrative tasks including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and maintaining medical records.
* Prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assist practitioners during medical procedures and patient care.
*Skills & Experience:*
* Entry-level candidates welcome
* Strong foundation in:
* Medical terminology
* EMR/EHR systems
* Scribing
* Patient care
* Additional experience in authorizations and referrals is a plus.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00/hr.
