We specialize in providing cutting-edge electrical systems and technologies to optimize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our clients' data center operations.Image joining an industry leader to further your career as an Inside Sales Project Manaer in the Engineering, Technology and Manufacturing space with a Monday-Friday hybrid work schedule, wide-ranging benefits package, and competitive pay!As an Inside Sales Project Manager with Hyper Solutions you will be responsible for serving as one of the primary liaisons between Account Executives, clients, and the Applications Engineering and Solutions Design teams in helping to develop and deliver mission critical solutions and products to our partnersIf you are interested in furthering your career as a Inside Sales Project Manager this is an opportunity you need to explore!Monday through Friday – full time work schedule with office located in Richmond, Virginia.As a part of the team, you will enjoy competitive compensation with opportunity for advancement and Excellent Benefits Package which includes:Salaried position; not commission basedRemote Work available; limited travel required.Employer Paid Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, short-term and long term disability and 401K plan with employer matching.Paid holidays, and Generous PTO policy.Real, achievable advancement opportunities.Industry Leader: Enjoy working with a leader in the industry due to superior service, high-quality products, and competitive pricing.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:Utilize Hyper’s methodologies and systems to accurately forecast project needs and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of proposals.Manage the details of solution delivery from initiation to execution, including coordination with suppliers and logistical partners.Track project progress against timelines and milestones, actively manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful on-time delivery.Drive continuous improvement in project execution by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrated experience in project management and sales within the electrical industry, specifically with data centers power infrastructure including Switchboards, Power Distribution Units (PDU’s), Remote Power Panels, (RPPs) and transformers.• Bachelor, Associate’s degree or Certifications in electrical field and/or work-related experience.• Prior electrical construction experience in commercial design-build and plan/specification projects is highly desirable• Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools.• Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project oversight.• Strong customer service skills and the ability to foster and maintain relationships.Hyper Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
