HR Generalist
Location: Tualatin, OR
Salary Range: 70-80K

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers across all departments
• Support day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Collaborate with department leaders to maintain smooth communication and team alignment
• Navigate complex HR issues specific to a manufacturing environment
• Foster a positive, people-first culture in line with the company’s collaborative values
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or all-in-one HR role
• Experience working in a mid-size company and partnering across departments
• Professional, personable, and comfortable supporting all levels of staff
