Roles and responsibilities
Sketch/Measure with i-pad and be technologically fluent
Ability to operate full size trucks and competently tow/ back up trailers
Weekly inventory check in shop
Stage material end of day for installation following day
High communication with customers and coworkers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a high-growth, hard-working environment and will roll up their sleeves to do whatever is necessary to push the company forward while contributing to the strategic direction of the organization
You should have 2+ years experience in residential and commercial flooring
Ability to interact with owners, contractors and subcontractors to effectively present information and answer questions such as budgets, proposals.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
Excellent written, verbal communication skills
Analytical skills and mathematical aptitude
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with other project team members

Starting Base Compensation: Depends on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. This position is a deadline-driven position, which at times may require work outside of office hours but mostly does not.
Salary Base Compensation with a company truck and cell phone.(Salary negotiable bases on 90 day review of performance) Benefits include health insurance stipend, PTO and 401k match 3%
