Roles and responsibilities

• Sketch/Measure with i-pad and be technologically fluent

• Ability to operate full size trucks and competently tow/ back up trailers

• Weekly inventory check in shop

• Stage material end of day for installation following day

• High communication with customers and coworkers

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a high-growth, hard-working environment and will roll up their sleeves to do whatever is necessary to push the company forward while contributing to the strategic direction of the organization

• You should have 2+ years experience in residential and commercial flooring

• Ability to interact with owners, contractors and subcontractors to effectively present information and answer questions such as budgets, proposals.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines

• Excellent written, verbal communication skills

• Analytical skills and mathematical aptitude

• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time

• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with other project team members

• Starting Base Compensation: Depends on experience

• Job Type: Full-time

• Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. This position is a deadline-driven position, which at times may require work outside of office hours but mostly does not.

• Salary Base Compensation with a company truck and cell phone.(Salary negotiable bases on 90 day review of performance) Benefits include health insurance stipend, PTO and 401k match 3%
