Salary: $18hr - $20hr

The Patient Care Associate is a vital member of our field operations team, serving as the welcoming face of our front lobby and ensuring each patients experience begins with warmth and professionalism. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing the check-in and check-out process, and verifying patient information in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

We are seeking a candidate who is not only adept at accurately scheduling and confirming appointments but also brings a passion for delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal individual will have a proven track record handling high-volume calls, managing complex patient schedules in alignment with individualized care plans, and thoughtfully coordinating follow-up appointments. Exemplary phone etiquette and clear, compassionate communication are essential.

This is an on-site role.

A minimum of 6 months' experience in a clinical setting is required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered at this time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (negotiable with verified extensive experience).

Bilingualism is highly preferred but not required.

• Maintains confidentiality when managing patient data (HIPAA Guidelines)
• Professionally communicates with patients via phone or email.
• Ask questions and listen attentively to serve potential new patients better.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Must be a team player and able to demonstrate positive communication skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a medical hospital or clinic is required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks a bonus
• Successfully pass a standard Universal Background Check

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate: Must have reliable transportation

• Winter Park: Reliably commute/transportation or plan to relocate before starting work
