Position: Event Coordinator

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $800 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of events from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, ensuring all client objectives are met.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for each event.
• Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and providing detailed reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to secure necessary resources.
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, delivery, and teardown processes.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all components are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
