Now Hiring: Dispatcher – St. Petersburg, FL
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Location: St. Petersburg, FL

ArangoHRS is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support field service operations for one of our valued clients in the pool equipment industry. This is a full-time, onsite role that requires strong communication, multitasking skills, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and schedule service requests to field technicians and regional service providers
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding scheduling and service updates
• Follow established dispatch protocols and procedures
• Create and manage work orders and part orders
• Maintain accurate records and assist in monthly reporting
• Support pending orders and job documentation
• Assist management with special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills
• Excellent data entry, documentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently
• Map-reading or geographic knowledge of service areas is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or project coordination
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Industry experience is a plus
