About the Role At WITHIN, we champion growth, innovation, and forward-thinking creativity. We're seeking a Creative Lead who can ideate, design, and craft compelling digital narratives for our clients. You'll play a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life across paid and organic social, branded content, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a versatile, collaborative creative who thrives in both design and production, balancing executional excellence with strategic storytelling.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Content Ideation & Execution : Lead the creative process from brainstorm to final delivery across digital and social platforms. Develop campaign concepts, design assets, and guide production to align with client goals.
• Art Direction & Design : Design and direct visually cohesive content, including static, motion, and interactive formats. Ensure creative aligns with brand identity and campaign strategy.
• Production Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee shoots. Manage asset creation, from shot lists and styling to post-production edits.
• Trend Awareness : Track emerging digital and social trends, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns and proactively evolving creative approaches.
• Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with clients, strategists, and creative peers to deliver polished campaigns. Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers and freelance contributors.
• Project Management : Balance multiple deliverables at once, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in creative roles (digital design, art direction, branded content, or social campaigns).
• Strong design portfolio showcasing work across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and motion graphics tools.
• Hands-on experience with photo and video production, including set planning, styling, and post-production.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Generative AI experience (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT).
• Experience creating interactive content (Ceros, Webflow, or similar platforms).
• Background in food & beverage, fashion, or retail content production.
• Advanced retouching skills or styling/set design capabilities.

Total compensation based on education, experience, and skills level ($67,500-$176,000)

• Level 1 - $67,500-$89,200
  
  • Entry Level - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis
• Level 2 - $89,200-$110,900
  
  • Junior level - Exceeds qualifications on a moderate basis
• Level 3 - $110,900-$132,600
  
  • Middle Level - Exceeds qualifications on a strong basis
• Level 4 - $132,600-$154,300
  
  • Advanced Level - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis
• Level 5 - $154,300-$176,000
  
  • Senior Level - Exceeds qualifications on an outstanding basis
