Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance COBOL applications on Mainframe. Create and maintain JCL scripts, batch processes, and reports. Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot production issues. Prepare detailed program and user-level documentation. Support conversion from COBOL to web-based applications. Enhance performance and optimize software efficiency.
