We are currently seeking a Analyst-Field Tech to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).

• Atuar em todos os chamados onde o primeiro nível (Suporte Remoto) não conseguiu solucionar remotamente.
• Solucionar problemas operacionais de aplicações instaladas em desktops, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos associados.
• Instalar, manter e otimizar o desktop e notebook instalados nos sites do cliente (Rollout)
• Executar diagnósticos e resolver os problemas de desempenho dos equipamentos.
• Executar serviços de manutenção e reparo (quando necessário)
• Garantir a satisfação do cliente, aconselhando os clientes sobre manutenção preventiva e configurações que podem afetar o desempenho dos equipamentos.
• Instruir os clientes na operação e manutenção do sistema.
• Integrar conhecimento e experiência como especialista qualificado.
• Deter o conhecimento de uma ampla gama de políticas e procedimentos para o campo.
• Possuir amplo conhecimento dos processos relacionados, disciplinas e/ou tecnologias e suas interdependências.
• Possuir profundo conhecimento técnico em uma área de especialização.
• Aplicar princípios avançados, teorias, conceitos e tecnologias, bem como conhecimentos de disciplinas afins para resolver problemas e oferecer soluções.
• Executar levantamento de problemas em servidores caso haja necessidade, sempre com o auxílio de um profissional especialista (hands-on)
• Atender usuários considerados críticos (VIP)
