Visit us at ( You Are: AMS Allegro Architect Manager is responsible for leading delivery and operational stability of application management services on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. This role demands a deep understanding of commercial trading processes, ISO protocols, and AMS governance frameworks. The Work: Lead AMS operations including incident resolution, service requests, and enhancements for energy trading and risk management platforms (like Allegro) and applications. Manage a geographically distributed team to ensure seamless service delivery. Ensure SLA compliance across incident response, patching, and batch operations; monitor metrics and address breaches proactively. Lead change and release management, coordinating deployments with cross-functional teams. Act as the escalation point for clients, driving timely resolution and leading root cause analysis. Provide structured AMS reporting and lead governance meetings with stakeholders. Foster a supportive team environment to enable successful execution. Drive operational improvements using agile practices and automation to boost reliability, reduce costs, and accelerate issue resolution. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience Minimum of 3 years in Energy/Commodity Trading and Risk Management. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Resources industry. Minimum of 3 years with hands‑on expertise with the Allegro ETRM platform, including development and extensions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience); Associate degree with 6 years of experience also acceptable. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
