This growing program has a profound impact on patients with substance use disorders. As one of the primary leaders of this program, you will have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. These include, serving as the attending physician for the addiction medicine consultation service line, providing clinical supervision and didactic sessions to medical students, residents, and addiction medicine fellows, leading an interdisciplinary care team, developing resources for SUD treatment and education, collaborating with providers across the Providence healthcare system as necessary, and more.
